Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at AEPR. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange:
Step 1: Email us at Support@aepr.world with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Step 3: Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping service. Please send us the tracking number once your return has been shipped.
Important: Please do not return your package to the sender's address shown on the shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, AEPR will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong product or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
