1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (or Free Shipping on eligible orders, if applicable)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Destination

At this time, AEPR ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control may occasionally occur.
